Polish Committee on Large Dams (POLCOLD) is happy to invite You to the 13th ICOLD European Club Symposium, which will be held from the 21st to the 25th of September 2026 in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

During this meeting we will celebrate CFBR/French-COLD 100th anniversary, founded in 1926.

The number of members of the Scientific Committee will be increased depending on the number of abstracts submitted with participation of EURCOLD and POLCOLD experts.

1. Basic registration fee
    Basic registration fee – a fee that each Conference Participant is obliged to pay.

The basic registration fee (including 23% VAT) covers:
- free public transport in Bydgoszcz (ZDMiKP) on September 20−25, 2026, upon presentation of an ID badge
- participation in lectures, workshops, and other scientific activities
- conference program

- welcome dinner and cultural event on September 22, 2026
- French evening on September 23, 2026

2. Additional registration fee
    Additional registration fee – a fee supplementing the basic registration fee.

B) Additional registration fee II covers:
- technical tour on September 25, 2026 – for the Participant

C) Additional registration fee III covers a package of benefits for the Accompanying Person:

3. Payment of fees for participation in the Conference

The Logistic Provider accepts payments from registered Conference Participants at the rates applicable on the date of payment in the following forms:

    3.3. On September 21−24, 2026, personal payment in cash or by card on site at the Conference Reception Desk.

4. Accounting document
After the Conference Participant pays the fee, the Logistic Provider will issue an accounting document confirming that the payment was made on time and in a manner consistent with applicable legal regulations, based on the declaration submitted by the Conference Participant during the registration process.
